Folks, 

     Here's a reminder that 'Ebbie' (a take off on the classic Charles Dickens novel) will be shown tomorrow night on the Lifetime Movie Channel (not the regular Lifetime channel) at 4:26 PM.  

     It stars Susan Lucci as Ebbie.  Her name is Elizabeth Scrooge but they call her Ebbie for short.  She runs a department store in corporate America.  

     Ebbie has a female assistant named Roberta Cratchit (now where have we heard that name before?).  Roberta has a handicapped son named Tim.  

     She also has a dead partner named 'Jake Marley' (I know I've heard that name somewhere before).  

     My mother watched this with me one year and she was in tears.  

     I look forward to hearing your reviews about it.  Personally, I think Charles Dickens would be very flattered if he were here to see it.
