    Glad you liked it.  

    I recently lost a friend because of his views on truck drivers.  He didn't want to hear anything said in their defense and would interupt me and not let me speak when I tried to explain these things to him (I was quite offended by his behavior towards them because I've been there and I know what they suffer).  

    I told him that no one who is a friend suppresses their friend's views.  You listen to their opinions even if you don't necessarily agree with them.  But he wouldn't listen to the other side of the coin.  I told him I didn't want to hear from him again unless an apology was given for his unacceptable conduct.  

    I sent this over this list and over another list that I am on (that he is on).  I doubt he'll read it, but who knows?

         i like it fred!  my son-in-law is a truck driver so i could relate.  course, that still doesn't stop me from cursing them on the highways.  lol.
