[Mishmash] flying

I can't understand why you hate flying.  What is unattractive about being
cramped up for hours in a seat that is too small, surrounded by  people who
have not had a shower in too long, being attended(?) by sullen waiters, with
the prospect of being treated firstly like sheep and then like a criminal
when you get on the ground.  

At least in the USA, you don't have a ten hour flight before you get to
another country.  

In case you have not guessed I am not a big fan of flying either but it is
an unfortunate necessity.
