I read the references and I believe it still supports my view on it  too.  I 
agree that there has been a vast amount of violence, but still  believe there 
are those who do not agree with the violence and have some fear of  those

Didn't read the reference Linda, but I agree.  They have  the mind set of 
following the "school bully" for protection more than  anything.  And having 
lived in an Arab country (Morocco) for over 3  years, I was always amazed  how 
eager they were to follow the  leader.  Anyone with half a brain and a gift of 
gab could gather a fair  amount of followers.  
 
We will just agree to disagree.  If we all thought alike we'd be  dull people.
 
It's what I've always enjoyed about  Mishmash.  No matter how spirited the 
conversations are or passionate, it's  always been a given that it's only a 
difference of opinion.  Not a  personnel attack.
 
The temps are really low here, I bet you have it much worse where you  are.


 
As cold as it is here in the midwestern states, I  can only imagine how cold 
it is up Susan's way.
