[Mishmash] Quite the past week

It's been so quiet on here I can most hear myself  type.  It's been quite the 
past week around America and not a word on  Mishmash.
  A "space cadet" with a degree from the U.S.N.A.  drives to Texas wearing a 
diaper to do away with her competition.  She  was spared even more humiliation 
when Anna Nicole Smith pushed her from the  headlines passing away of 
whatever lifestyle Anna  lived.
  Upstate New York got bombed with snow.   "Bombed" may even be too light a 
word.  We got 6 inches here and panic  ensued.  I can only imagine the reaction 
in these parts to 12 FEET of  snow.
  Congress is in the process of covering their  a**es as the war in Iraq goes 
on....and on...and on.  I'm sure this will  get uglier in a very short time.
