I guess that prarie oysters are what we call mountain oysters here.  No 
thanks from me for them, real oysters or chitlins which I can find by the 
bucketful here. BTW dogs love boiled chitlins.

Vegemite strikes me as almost a beer concentrate.  Both are malt based and 
need acquired tastes,  I think if one likes one they would like the other. 
Anyway I've asked Fred to find me some more in larger jars.
