    Yes.  I'm not sure how it isn't getting your public IP address.  That is bizarre.  You can't get on the Internet except through a public IP address.

        I woke up about 1 AM.  Since I couldn't go back to sleep right away, I put my professor's page together.  I went back to sleep several hours later. 

        I'm going to further develop it.  But tell me what you think.  The URL is: http://cps.clayton.edu/fatkinson. 

        I can't take credit for the artwork and the structure.  They gave me a choice of templates to edit from.  These templates are friendly for those with disabilities. 

        Wait until I add my drop down menus to it (like my ham radio page).
