[Mishmash] New house

I  guess you are helping your son move?  I was amazed at the number of offers 
 of help I received.  The pity was that they all came after the event  ;-)
 
Bob's  g/f goes to college here in Michigan so I doubt she'll be joining him 
anytime  too soon.  But who knows.  This move may put their relationship to 
the  acid test.    He's really excited to start life "anew" in the  south.   And 
so far she's been very  supportive.
The  lucky part of this move is that he only has to take some clothes with 
him to  begin with.  He's moving into a large 4 bedroom home with three other  
guys.  He'll have his own room with TV and internet and the run of the rest  of 
the house.  We'll put his furniture here in storage for the first few  months 
until he really gets settled.  Then I'm sure Dad will have to lug it  down 
there.  Just keeping it simple in the beginning and see how this works  out.
