[Mishmash] Explain please!

My thanks to all of you for your comments.  I read  somewhere that the best 
thing you can do in life is to surround yourself with  smart people.  That 
certainly is evident here on Mishmash.  I  appreciate the responses both pro and 
con.  And I come  away enlightened on the subject.
