Christian  charity aside, I don't know how they can offer assistance with a 
fund that will  run out before our children have the chance to use it.  And  
the unimaginable number of illegal aliens that will use it will drain the  
coffers that much quicker.   One needs to be in a position to pay into  the fund 
before they should be allowed to access said fund.  And in an  alarmist frame of 
mind, what's the hidden political agenda to all this on W's  mind?
