  SAN:  95% of a well-known mailing list were reprimanded today for the following:

      1:  Not responding to the list owner's attempts to incite an agrument for conversation

      2:  Failing to check in at least once a week to say hello, or incite an email riot

      3:  Sleeping in undesignated area's on the list
