You can't shoot him here in Canada - or even hurt him - or you'll be charged with assault! There was caase here in Calgary where a mugger tried to rob a couple at a train station (local inner city trains) and the man stabbed and killed the mugger with a pocket knife. It was months before the authorities decided not to charge him - but that's not the norm.
