It seems a trend  has been started.  Somehow, I think it's a good thing.

envelope in these matters.  Ratings are all that  matter.  And if they get fired 
they will most likely end up on XM Radio or  another paid radio outlet where 
they can take their tatics and their language a  step farther.  Or several steps.
 
Howard Stern went as far as he could on "free"  radio.  And he bolted to 
Sirus (or whatever it's called).  And I  suppose a couple hundred million in his 
bank account didn't hurt  either.
 
I understand the minority or ethnic groups up in  arms.  Sometimes their 
efforts would be better served and hit home more if  they simply stopped listening 
and changed the dial.  No listeners.  No  ad money.  THAT more than simply 
taking the offenders off the air will  hit media CEO's where they live and 
really get their attention.  
 
If we stayed tuned, they can talk about gay,  albino, agnostic pigmy's mating 
rituals in protest over unwed mother's desires  for free education in the 
arctic circle.  And the media bigwigs will find a  way to rationalize it as long 
as the money flows in.
