Sounds like fun Fred. If you want to be authentic you could put up
kangaroo
tail soup. It is fair dinkum.

Method:
Obtain a kangaroo tail and joint it.

Put in a pot of cold water & bring to the boil to blanch, then discard
the
water.

Drain the tail joints and dust with flour.

Chop some soup vegetables: leeks, celery, potato, onion and mushroom,
then
fry in butter for a couple of minutes.

Add the kangaroo tail joints and cover with veal stock or water.

Season with a pinch of bush tomato and lemon myrtle; ½ teaspoon of
pepper
leaf and a drop of orange oil.

Simmer for 3 hours, constantly skimming.

Cheers

David

Hi, Folks,

I'm taking an online course in PHP and MySQL. PHP is a programming
language that is similar in structure to 'C' and is used to create
dynamic
Web pages. MySQL is a database that is used on Websites. Together, the
two

can do some neat things on your Website (given the time and energy to
crunch

the code and develop the databases required).

The project we are doing as part of the course is a recipe center.
Most

of them are doing it on their PCs but I decided to actually make it run
on
one of my Websites.

My homework assignment is at: http://mishmash.org/recipe . Feel
free to

add some recipes and comments about the recipes to it. And let me know
how
you like it. My apologies to our Australian friends for the reference
to
Wallaby stew. It was just something I made up to add to the recipe
database

for testing.

    Regards,

                                                            Fred
