      I know I got busy one year and missed mine a couple of years ago and I was sick twice that winter.  I survive the winter better taking mine.  Occasionally I hear that there is a flu going around  the shot won't cover, fortunately it hasn't happened to me.  Some of those flu strains are wicked, sounds like that was a  bad one.

    I have mine every year but last year there was a dreadful type in Tasmania that wasn't covered by the flu shot. It took most of us about 8 weeks to get over it, not very nice.

     I did too Fred, but many folks here sick with the flu.

    Today I heard there was a type going around that the flu shot doesn't cover.  Fortunately I don't have that yet.  Sometimes that is a rumor.

    The poem circulated around here.I guess it was created to wake some up regarding the  flu shot.
