[Mishmash] Can it really be?????

The latest thing I had to deal with was with our local council our 
old dog had to be put down and my first mistake was to inform them 
that this had happened by phoning them. This wasn't enough, I was 
asked to put it in writing and send it to them!!  I said you have to 
be kidding next thing you will want me to supply a certificate from 
the vet to say he was deceased! The person on the other end of the 
phone said that that would be a good idea I really lost it then. I 
had to deal with loosing my 23 year old dog and talk to this stupid 
person. I just hung up.
