 Would you not think it odd to force him to, say, serve lasagna in his 
Indian and Afgan restaurants . . . or not serve pasta in his Italian 
ones?


If his Italian dishes were a health hazard, no, I would not think it odd 
to force him to serve something else  - transfats are now being banned 
in some areas because they are a health hazard and I'm all for that also 
because, although we have the choice not to eat foods containing 
transfats,because restaurant food is never labelled with ingredients so 
that choice is removed.
