That brought to mind an incident on Prince Edward Island several years 
ago - a couple ran a bed & breakfast, which was also their own home.  
They refused a room to a gay couple and were sued and told they could 
not turn gays away - they could stop picking and choosing who they 
rented rooms to or they could shut down.  So they closed their business.
