[Mishmash] Time Warner Links Web Prices With Usage

As far as competition goes, we're pretty lucky in my area.  In 
addition to Comcast, we have
several flavors of DSL (telco and independents using telco's copper) 
in addition to fiber
optics (tradename: FIOS) in an increasingly wide area.  Comcast will, 
more and more, have
to shape up in areas where people are complaining.

I've been quite fortunate in that I've had Comcast internet for 
several years with no
significant problems, and the small ones were handled quickly.
