congrats, fred.  always thot new mexico would be a nice place to live.   i've 
always enjoyed learning indian history too and there is a lot of it there.  
this sounds like a job you will really enjoy.

A friend of mine (who died a couple years ago of lupus complications) worked 
for many many years a teacher at one of the native reserves in New Mexico.  
She loved the area and the students but said it really was an eye opener of 
living conditions on native reserves.  And they are no better (possibly 
worse) here in Canada.
