[Mishmash] AARP, Losing Members Over Health Care, Faces Challenge From Grassroots Senior Advocacy Group

Folks, 

    The liberal AARP is falling to a conservative competitor known as the American Seniors Association (http://www.americanseniors.org).  

    The link to the Fox News article about it is below.  They are only fifteen dollars per year and if (after joining) you'll send them your torn up AARP card, they'll give you an extra year's membership free.  

    They are opposed to Obama's kind of health care reform.  Since I canceled my membership to AARP because they supported Obama, this is definitely good news.  

    I agree that we are in need of some health reform.  But nothing as radical and extreme as what Obama is trying to do.
