Folks,

I don't know how many of you are familiar with the Myers-Briggs Tool. I'm sure I've discussed it before.

There is a URL to an online version of the tool at: http://www.humanmetrics.com/cgi-win/JTypes2.asp .

It is a tool that management uses to assess personality traits and help you better understand other people. In a sense, it is preparation for the development of inter-personality type skills.

I would encourage you to take the tool and read the results. Once you have taken and submitted it, click on the '#### type description by D. Keirsey. You'll be shaken by how well it describes you.

When I went to management school (my bachelor's program), I was given the tool and the results of the tool. At that time, I was coming out as an INTP (Introverted, iNtuitive, Thinking, and Perceiving).

When I took it just now, I came out as an ENFP (Extroverted, iNtuitive, Feeling, and Perceiving).

I was blown away when I read the results this time. I guess I hadn't realized how much I have changed over the years. I was told by my professors that the results can change over a period of years.

Try and let us know the results. I think you'll find that this will be interesting and fun. You might be surprised at what it will make you realize about yourself and possibly open up some possibilities that you had previously not considered.

    Regards,

                                                                                            Fred
