[Mishmash] TSA X-Ray Machines Easily Fooled, Researchers Find

Well, I think the point is that these new machines aren't
doing any better than the previous methods.

The real protection is the awareness skills of the TSA
agent, which I don't think TSA has trained well enough to spot things
that might have otherwise been spotted.

These 'politically correct' TSA and DHS people aren't going
to let the Israelis show them better ways to spot terrorists.

Perhaps something will get done about this when we get the
new Congress in. I hope so. I was at Steven Pearce's town meeting a
few weeks ago and I got to personally tell our incoming Congressman
(NM) how I felt about it.

He seemed to have similar views. It is my hope that the
Republicans will take action since they aren't so supportive of
'political correctness'.

         Regards,

                                                                 Fred
