[Mishmash] Cops brutalize family during traffic stop

Folks,

     Why do we keep hearing about this kind of thing?

     Are our police totally out of control?  The county in which this
happened is only *now* bringing charges against this officer?  And
only misdemeanor charges at that?

     Where is the state district attorney?  Why hasn't he stepped in?

     What is happening to justice in our America?
