No more Emma Sansom--It's official---unbelievable!!

I know that memories live in our hearts and not a building and my heart is full right now.

  Well folks the last bell has sounded for Emma Sansom High School.  It was a sweet, sweet moment.  Mrs. Clayton the principal announced to the students that Mr. Waits would read the poem Tim St. John wrote and then we would sound the bell 75 short rings for each class and then the last bell would be a long bell in honor of these students- the last ones at Emma Sansom High School.  There was not a dry eye in the place.  Now we begin a new adventure.

    I just wanted you guys to know that Rose Sharpton died yesterday after an lengthy illness. 
    Roxy was to let us know the details of the funeral, etc but hasn't yet. They were waiting on Rose's brother to arrive.
