Folks... I have to confess my heart is very  sad. May our memories echo 
strong down through the years to come  regarding our beloved Emma Sansom!  As the 
words to our Alma  Mater best put it...  "Emma Sansom High we love thee, thus 
we pledge our  vow.
                      Honor, fame, the long year through, crown thy head as 
now.
                     Purple,  Gold our colors fly, 
                     May  their luster glow.
                     'Till  our banner reach the sky and
                     thee  the world doth know!"  
 
As you band members meet for your reunion, play that grand song one more  
time for the ages!  Ya'll have a blessed and safe holiday  weekend!      John Dale
