Hello Fred,

Looks like the 35th class reunion may have to be during the weekend of the Gadsden City High Homecoming. I think this is Oct 5.
The Alumni committee of all three schools(Sansom, Gadsden, Litchfield and even Carver) is planning a huge block party style celebration reunion that weekend.  I think it'll be held in the streets downtown Gadsden.
Everything is in the planning stage now but is panning out to be big.  We could get together somewhere that weekend(just our class)

Since the July 28th plans with Don Martin's lake lot at Leesburg fell through, I have checked with many other places and they are
all booked.   I also checked on several other dates----no luck.  The general consensus is to keep the reunion local, keep it very simple and keep the cost low.

If anyone wants to offer any suggestions----please feel free to do so!! 

Fred, we just returned from Hilton Head and Savannah.  I haven't been thru Atlanta in a while and I forgot how bad the traffic can be!!

      Have this bunch of Rebels misplaced their gift of gab?  

      Haven't heard anything from the bunch of you in a while.  

      I'm working a new job here in the Atlanta area.  

      Was wondering when something fun might come along on a weekend so I could visit (ballgame or something like that where there would be a bunch of us that could get together).  According to Mapquest, it's a mere one hundred and ten miles from here to Gadsden.  

      Any new status on the reunion?
