Thanks, John Dale.  It's great to hear from you as well.  I often think
of Oak Park and some of the wonderful friends and teachers from that
time.  Miss Frances Wright left a particular impression on me.  I'm
retired from the military (U.S.Navy) and still live in Alabama City.  I
plan to retire from the Jefferson County Department of Health in two
years.  My mom passed away in March 2006, but my step-dad still lives on
Hill Avenue at the corner of 22nd Street.  Best wishes.
