[Rebels1972] I Found The Marker

Tony,

You really think that those tigers would've traveled 165 miles to
decorate that marker? Wow.

I was surprised as to how few people (even the mayor) of Social
Circle didn't know much about Emma Sansom. The lady that told me about
where the marker had me tell her what I knew about Emma Sansom. I
stopped there (at night) twice before. I asked several people who lived
there about that marker but they never heard of Emma Sansom.

This time I asked a police officer. She didn't know either. But
she sent me somewhere where there might be someone who knew.
Fortunately, there was only one lady that did (they got her on the
telephone for me to talk to). The other ladies there asked me to tell
them the story about Emma Sansom.

That's really sad when you have a war hero in your town and so few
people know anything about it. That's not true in Gadsden, of course.

    Regards,

                                                            Fred
