Fred,

 

I make my forms so that you have to put the information into the test boxes
in the correct form.  Example, email addresses must at least contain
something that looks like an email meaning it must have an @.

 

Telephone fields must only accept numbers, etc

You may even want two address lines for those people that have suite numbers
or apt numbers or other info that needs added.

Folks, 

 

    I'm taking a course in Web programming.  I've done the first half of my
midterm exam.  It is a form that collects data.

    This one is written to work in PHP.  I have to do the same assignment
