[Rebels1972] Death

Rebel Friends,

It is with great sadness that I have to inform you of a '72 classmates' death.

Veronica Hudson Hoyett died yesterday due to gastric cancer. 
She was diagnosed several months ago and seemed to be doing well.
The cancer was discovered in the advanced stage. 

Veronica was the first black to join the Rebel band back in the '70's. I think she played clarinet or flute?
She was a Senior Notable with Roland Conwell.  Roland is very upset about this.  They were very close.

Please lift her family up in your thoughts and prayers.
