and four miles from the Aquarium.

non-smoking.  They have a refundable rate of $39.00 if you prefer.

	You can tell them that you will be with the First Baptist Church of

non-refundable.  If you and your room mate both book, then they won't 
refund either booking.

	I've already booked my room.  So I'm good to go.
