This would be a great fall trip. I also told Fred to look at Canyon de
Chelly's website. The canyon is every bit as pretty as the Grand Canyon.

Could be a fun trip at the right time of the year for the weather.

Folks,

It has come to my attention that most of us are not familiar with
Chaco Culture National Historical Park. You can find out about it
at: http://www.nps.gov/chcu/index.htm

This is a map on their Web site:
http://www.nps.gov/chcu/planyourvisit/upload/Road%20Map%2010-04%20PDF-2.pdf

This is a Mapquest link that shows you how to get there from Las
Cruces: http://mapq.st/OfjgAZ . It is about a three hundred and
seventy-five mile trip from Las Cruces.

This might be a fun trip for us to plan. What does everyone else
think?

     Regards,

                                            Fred
