The Pelletier family has released a shocking and alarming note they say Justina was able to "sneak" to them a few weeks ago. Personhood USA released an image of the note<http://www.grassrootsaction.com/r.asp?U=426169&CID=201115&RID=41630234> yesterday as part of a press release that reads:

"(Justina) reveals in her own handwriting for the first time the reality of her treatment under DCF (Massachusetts Department of Children and Families). In the note, she reveals that in DCF custody 'they hurt me all the time and push me all the time ... and more.'"

In a telephone conversation with Grassfire earlier today, Jennifer Pelletier confirmed that the note was written in her sister's handwriting. But Jennifer also expressed concern that Justina's writing and grammar skills have deteriorated after receiving no education for 15 months under DCF care.

+ + Doctor "Very Concerned" About Justina's Heart

Justina should have been reunited with her parents, sisters and family doctors by now. In fact, there's no evidence that she should have ever been taken from her family in the first place.

Jennifer Pelletier also told Grassfire today that Justina finally saw one of her former family doctors at Tufts Hospital this past Monday. According to Jennifer, Dr. Alejandro Flores said he was "very concerned" about Justina's heart. Boston Children's Hospital reportedly took the teenager off the heart medication she was taking as part of her treatment for mitochondrial disease -- a diagnosis by Tufts that BCH has disputed from the start.

KATHY, time is running out for Justina. Lou Pelletier, Justina's father, told me personally that he fears for his daughter's life. He insists she's being "tortured" by doctors acting on behalf of Massachusetts DCF.
