We made a decision on Friday. A VERY BIG decision.

And this message is different than any other message you've ever received from me. So please read it carefully.

I'll get right to the point: Takeover Super PAC has decided to start a national movement to IMPEACH our president!

I wouldn't ask you to help us if I didn't think this was possible. Let me explain:

A president is impeachable if he commits "treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors." So we are documenting, conclusively and in detail, exactly how President Obama has fundamentally committed crimes against our country. (We have a judge helping with the actual documentation.)

Takeover Super PAC can prove Obama has committed acts that are treasonous, that he's violated the Constitution, and that he's broken the law!

+ + Obama Has Committed Criminal Offenses

There is a long list of offenses. Each of them are impeachable. We'll pressure Congress in these areas:

  *   ObamaCare is not only unconstitutional but illegally bypasses Congress, infringes on states' rights, and marks an unprecedented and unauthorized expansion of IRS power.
  *   Obama has sidestepped Congress and granted largely unreported de facto amnesty to millions of illegal aliens through suspected illicit interagency directives and executive orders.
  *   Obama has recklessly endangered the public by releasing from prison criminal illegal aliens at a rate far beyond what is publicly known.
  *   In addition to green-lighting the deadly "Fast and Furious" gun-running operation, Obama issued illicit edicts on gun control in an effort to collect fraudulent and unconstitutional data on legal gun owners.
  *   Obama's first term “green" funding initiatives misused public funds in violation of Federal law.
  *   Obama's abuse of the IRS is illegal and unconstitutional, as he is using the federal agency to harm citizens and organizations.
  *   Obama has weakened America both domestically and abroad by emboldening our enemies, tacitly supporting a Muslim Brotherhood revolution, spurning our allies, releasing known terrorists who he admits could "absolutely" return to attacking Americans, and minimizing the global threat of Islamic fundamentalism.
  *   And more!

Here's our plan:

1.) Document the federal case against President Obama for members of Congress. We'll present a legitimate case Congress cannot ignore.

2.) Spread the word across America via TV, radio and the Internet. We'll start a national movement -- just like we did in 2010 with the rise of the Tea Party.

3.) Work with individual members of Congress (several are already laying the groundwork!) to bring the case to the floor of the House and Senate.
