Dear friend,

The so-called Death Tax is a punitive tax that not only kills
jobs, but destroys small businesses, farms and ranches -- many
that have been handed down for generations.

Now the Obama administration is planning to take more by
changing the Estate Tax rate from 35 percent to 55 percent
and dropping the current $5 million exemption down to just
$1 million -- putting untold thousands of citizens and their
families at risk!

The Death Tax poses the greatest risk to mature Americans who
have spent a lifetime building a business, a farm, an investment
portfolio, or nest egg that can be left when they pass on.

If Obama gets his way, the federal government will come knocking,
forcing many families and businesses to close just to pay the
increased Estate tax!

Two bills have just been introduced in Congress that seeks to
end the Estate tax, and I've added my name to a Conservative
50+ petition that is mobilizing tens of thousands of mature
Americans who are pressuring lawmakers to pass S. 2242, and
H.R. 1259 The Death Tax Repeal Permanency Act to protect what
Americans have spent a lifetime building.
