Please lift up Jerry for the Lord to provide wisdom for the medical staff. First medical actions did not work.

Dear Family and Friends,

Thanks to all of you for you calls and  emails of concern.  They have certainly been appreciated.  It is always nice to know that someone cares.

When I left the hospital a bit ago, the infectious disease doctor had been in and determined that he would place Jerry on good old fashioned penicillin.  The leg has not responded very well to the other two antibiotics that he has been taking since Friday.  The doctor also did a culture, which will determine precisely the the type of bacteria involved and we should have those results within 48 hours.  At this point, I do not know when Jerry will be allowed to return home/work, but if this works...maybe tomorrow. [cid:F18D418B4F8441B5ABE006E68D13E8C6 at musicmeowspc]
